I hope your are all doing well! Here are the plans for Saturday. For all of you that are training for the marathon, we will be doing the 20 miler next week.
Option 1- Come at 7:00am to run 6 miles
Option 2- Come at 8:00am to run 6 or 4 miles
Option 3- Run both for a total of 12 or 10 miles
