Hello Runners!

Here are the plans for the last two group runs before the Columbus Marathon and Half on this Sunday.

Thursday Morning: 
1- Come at 6:00am to run 4 easy miles

Saturday Morning:   
1- Come at 8:00am to run 2 miles (yes, just 2 miles!)

Running Plans for Sat & Sun, 10/6 - 10/7


Hello Runners!

There are lots of fun plans for this weekend!  There will be a run on Saturday and chance to do a 10k on Sunday.  It should be a good time!  You can still join the group to the Oktoberfest if you would like.

Saturday Morning:  (Meet at Craig's, directions below)
1- Come at 7:15am to run 6 miles
2- Come at 8:15am to run 3 miles
3- Run both for a total of 9 miles

Sun day Morning:   Oktoberfest 10k in Minster, OH

Fwd: Running Plans for Sat. & Sun. 9/29-30

Hello Runners!

It's hard to believe, but it is almost time to taper for Columbus!  The last 20 miler will be on Sunday morning.  There are lots of options this weekend so hopefully one will fit your schedule.

Saturday Morning:  
1- Come at 7:15am to run 8 miles
2- Come at 8:30am to run 4 miles
3- Run both for a total of 12 miles

OR

Run the Frieda and Freddie 5K  
Begins at the BGSU Rec Center (Corner of Mercer and Ridge)
Registration starts at 7am, Races begins at 9am

Sun
day Morning:  
1-Come at 5:30am to run 10 miles
2- Come at 7:00am to run 10 miles
3- Run both for a total of 20 miles

Speed work on Monday, 9/24

Hi Runners,

Just like last week, Jeremy and I will be doing a track workout on Monday night.  If you want to join us, come at 7pm.  We'll run to the track to warm up.  Do some speed work.  Run to our house to cool down.

I hope your are all doing well!  Here are the plans for Saturday.  For all of you that are training for the marathon, we will be doing the 20 miler next week.

Option 1- Come at 7:00am to run 6 miles
Option 2- Come at 8:00am to run 6 or 4 miles
Option 3- Run both for a total of 12 or 10 miles

You might be interested in running with us if...

-You live in the Bowling Green, OH area -You enjoy running with others -You are training for an event and looking for a way to stay motivated -You are training for a marathon or half-marathon and are looking for others to run your long runs with -You enjoy coffee! -You run just to stay in shape -You like to run just 3 to 4 miles (We almost always have short options) -You are interested in meeting new people -You run anywhere from a 10minute per mile pace to a 7minute per mile pace (We have people of all kinds of abilities) -You just like to run

WHO WE ARE

We are a group of runners in Bowling Green, OH. We meet almost every Saturday to run anywhere from 4 to 20 miles. About twice a year, many of us pick the same running event to train for. We wake up early on Saturday or sometimes Sunday, run and then have coffee if there is time (this is a favorite part for many of us :) You could call us a running club, but we're not an official one. We've thought of becoming part of the Road Runners Club of America, but never filled out the paperwork and paid the dues. I guess that just makes us a group of friends and acquaintances that meet year round to share a run, conversation and coffee!
